Vici Design is a micro-cake studio, with a big dream. Every single cake we create is baked entirely from scratch, in-house, using only the best ingredients we can find. To us, these aren't just desserts—they are canvases for your celebrations and works of art for your most important celebrations.

Every sugar flower and every tier is created with a deep sense of intention. Honestly, we couldn't hide the love we put into our work even if we tried; it’s right there in every hand-sculpted petal, every bite of cake, and every conversation we have with you. Meet Victoria

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and former head creative director of a cake studio in Upstate New York, Victoria has spent years transforming dreams into delicious realities. With a whisk in one hand and a paintbrush in the other, she crafts unique narratives through edible art at Vici Design.

Vici Design's cakes and sweet creations are more than just desserts – they're centerpieces that tell a story. From delicate sugar flowers to intricate architectural details, Victoria uses her expertise and creativity to capture the essence of your event. Her passion lies in collaborating with clients to create unforgettable moments that delight the taste buds and leave a lasting impression.

The dream for Vici Design is to keep growing alongside the couples, clients, and creatives who inspire us. We are working toward building a small team of "sweet dreamers" and expanding into a larger studio space in Brooklyn.

We want this future home to be a place where the doors are always open to the next generation of cake creatives. A space for cake education, creative classes, and a community where we can foster the same passion for detail that started this journey.
